[Dailydrool] Jill the Bagel update

To all you wonderful fellow droolers out there:

Thanks, you guys, for all the kind words, thoughts, prayers and drool!

As a side note, Jill jumped up to grab the Dad's attention and came down on
the side of his desk and ripped the incision wide open.  First she started
to bleed from torn sutures and then fluid gushed out; it was supposed to
have been there and remain inside (when anything is removed from a mammal's
chest nature steps in and fills the void with fluid to compensate for the
new void).  Our wonderful vet left the dinner table to meet us at his office
and retied the sutures.  If they hold through the night everything should be
fine.  If they don't she will undergo anesthesia tomorrow to be re-evaluated
(i.e. exploratory surgery) and then re-sutured inside and out.  This great
vet says, no charge.  He is such a love.
