Is this person for real?  If so, how do we contact them to tell them that the first person they need to contact is the pups breeder?  And then to give them an earful on what a wonderful lesson that they are teaching their young children.  That dogs are disposible and instead of giving the dog proper training you just turn it into the locale human society.  Bet you bottom dollar that they turn right around and get another puppy....
