MOOOOOOOOOOO. It is me, Cakie. I need all the houndies to STOMP THEIR PAWS 
REAL HARD. Repawt after me. NO RAIN NO RAIN NO RAIN.

The weather fawcast is up to 40% but it isn't that bad...the too skinny 
local weather guy says that he can't guarantee there won't be a short 
thunderstorm at the end of Saturday........so the ways I figure it is that 
there is a 60% chance that it WON'T RAIN AT ALL...and that wif any luck 
we'll be all cleaned up and eating dinner....so NO RAIN STOMP NO RAIN.

AHEM. dawG FAWBID it does really rain. DO NOT STAY HOME. Read da 
packet....which asks that all the waddlers come to the Civic Center at 6th 
and the BoardWalk at 11:00 or after NOT before...cause we normally need to 
be set up at the field at 1:00 and have to wait for instructions from the 
city before knowing if the pawrade. So us would ask ALL VOLUNTEERS to come 
at 8:30 to get it all ready...and anybody else to come after 11:00 
really....but that is NOT gonna happen cause ALL THE HOUNDIES WILL HELP.
