[Dailydrool] Dry nose

My foster dog, Bullet, has a very dry nose.   She has congestive heart failure, so she coughs quite a bit (controlled with hydrocodone).  Her nose also gets crusted with mucous.  I guess I'll ask the vet next time, but anyone have experience with this?
