[Dailydrool] hawaii quarantine regulations

The Hawaii quarantine program is detailed in a brochure available from
Hawaii's Department of Agriculture, which has authority over the quarantine
program. The brochure is available for download here:

The process for qualifying for the 5-days-or-less program are complex and do
require a lot of pre-planning to get vaccinations, tests, and certifications
all in place in the right order. If you are within 120 days of relocating to
Hawaii, it is already too late to start on the qualification for the brief
quarantine.

 

Read carefully, take notes, and have a calendar in hand to chart when things
must occur in order to qualify for the 5-days-or-less program.
