I always tell anyone when they are considering getting a dog that
puppyhood lasts two years.  After that you have a perpetual two year
old on your hands.  Not everyone is a "dog person"; you have already
established yourself as a cat person.  For everyone's sake I implore
you to return Chloe to the breeder.  The sooner the better before
unintentional yet irrevecable harm is done.  Remember, you must do
that which is best not only for the dog BUT FOR YOU!!!
