Hello Droolers!

I've been lurking for a few months now and decided to post now that one
of my own babies needs some drool. I have two bassets, Barney and
Ginger. They are both three, and I adopted them at different times. I
also have a foster, Isabella, from Basset Rescue of Florida, where I am
a volunteer!

Actually, I didn't really "adopt" Barney, more like picked him up from a
kind older couple who found him wandering the roads of Orlando. An email
circulated, and as it happens, it came to me with the subject line,
"Tammy how can you resist?" HAHA. They knew I was a sucker! He is now a
proud member of my family. Anyway, so I took him in today to get his
vaccines and neutering (of course he wasn't!) and the heartworm test
came back positive. :( So, now I must request some heart-healing drool
for him as he begins his treatment on Wednesday. I'm new at this
heartworm stuff, but I am lucky to have a great network of droolers as
well as the wonderful people I've met at BRF and Senior Houndsabound to
come to for advice.

Drool and snooters to all in need!

Barney (Maybe this is why I'm so lethargic?)
Ginger (Oh crap, he's going to give me a run for my money after this
treatment is all over with!)
Isabella (Big deal, I've been through this before. Yawn.)
