[Dailydrool] Rhett

The Order of the Evil Basset Empire is flying its flag at half mast this morning. We just heard of the passing of our noble Rhett of Arkansas, a leader of the Southern Division of the OEBE.  Rhett was the very beloved dog of Marie and Bob Radebaugh.  He had a good life with his family.  We are almost speechless with sorrow here in Oregon.
