[Dailydrool] Not Basset Related, but it Basset Related

What is not related to the topic of bassets and but is related to basset hounds? The Answer: Deohgee Colvin, our brudder Shar Pei. He is hurtin' bad since his trip to the vetlady yesterday.  We send him away fine, and he comes back crying.  He had his liddle shar pei ears deep-cleaned and 2 teef pulled.  After the big shot wore off Deohgee stayed up all and all morning crying and moaning.  So, he went back and got a fentenyl patch.  Finally, he's settling down a little. No the rest of us at OEBE headquarters can get some sleep, I hope. ADVICE TO BASSETS: IF you hear the words "deep" and "cleaning" and "ears" together in the same sentence, run. Roland
