[Dailydrool] Hero's cards

My husband, the Basset Dad Colonel serving in Afghanistan got 20 cards from DROOLERS today - that makes a total of 37.  He has never felt so appreciated and loved!
 
Thanks so much for remembering him during the holidays - now just keep him in your prayers that he gets home safely to see us mid-January when he has 2 weeks leave.  He has a new son, Pete, waiting to meet him.  Also his own special girl needs to see him, Hannah Lee Dawg from Basset Rescue of Florida (where Pete is also from), his oooooooold boy, Charles (14 years old) and his two 8 1/2 year olds, Duffy and Rudy, the Dachshund who thinks he is a Basset.
 
Oh yeah - his wife has a bit of drool for him too!
