[Dailydrool] Update from Daphneyland

I just spoke with Dawn at Daphneyland for a few  minutes and was able to get 
an update.  Daphneyland's water tank is empty  and the company with the tanker 
truck that delivers to their area is going to  take at least 4 days to make a 
delivery to fill the tank.  Until the water  tanker arrives, they will be 
purchasing bottled water for the Bassets to drink  and necessary cleaning.  If

Dawn said that the Bassets are a bit  agitated but doing well, probably 
sensing the earthquake and aftershocks.   However, in the true spirit of Bassets, 
dinner was served to the hounds and no  hound turned down their supper.

Power has been restored to  Daphneyland but outgoing telephone service is 
still unreliable.   Dawn  said that she appreciates all the messages that have 
been left on the  Daphneyland voice mail and will return calls as soon as she 
can.  She added  that with the power being out most of today, she knows that her 
e-mails are  probably bouncing and asked if you are trying to e-mail her and 
it bounces to  please resend it.
