[Dailydrool] Picture posting on hounds bay

So I'm finally ready to sell some stuff to help April from HOP, but I ran into a problem. Does anyone know how to post a picture on hounds bay?  I looked through the archives but only found people asking for help but not people responses.  Can someone please help me?
