[Dailydrool] Arkansas 11 update

I just read Delinda's update on Arkansas 11.
I was trying to open the link to the whole story on the rescue's website the other day but couldn't (I think it's censored - any rescue website I am trying to open here is not available) so I don't know the details of this horrible story. 
 
I couldn't imagine...but now I think I get the picture a little...she wrote that a 4 month old puppy had to have it's eyes removed..????!!!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
How on earth can that be???????
