Thank you so much for suffering through the pain of getting the Drool running again.  Every time I deal with the overseas customer service people they are so polite that I almost feel guilty screaming at them and finally aksing for a supervisor.  I feel your pain.

Maybe there is a little bit of hope that they actually will change your address this time around and it will be smooth sailing next year.  But I won't be a basset on it!
