Here's a BUPDATE from HOP on April and her impending BUPPIES!

April, the 11+ year old basset who came to HOP about 5 weeks ago and JUST
let Marilyn know she is VERY pregnant, hasn't gone into labor yet. There is
a moon phase change tomorrow so maybe then? Who knows, it's up to Miss
April!

Thanks to the generosity of the Greater Basset World, HOP has raised nearly
$800 this weekend thought its Firstgiving Page for April and the Buppies.
Wow! HOP is totally blown away by everyone's generosity!!  Since the Buppies
haven't come yet, there are still plenty of chances to name the Buppies

to donate, guess the birthdate and hour, and NAME THE BUPPIES!

Assuming the Bups don't come tonight, beginning tomorrow morning April will
be boarded at the vet during the day so someone will be watching her all the
time, just in case. At night she will come back home to HOP. HOP also has a
foster home all lined up for April and the Bups - more details later on
that. April will come back to HOP as soon as the Bups are adopted.
