We are so sorry for your loss of Branson.  It is so hard to lose a houndie any time, but a holiday makes it that much harder.  I am glad that you were able to be near him and hold him close to you when he passed to the bridge.  Ella sends you sad ahroooos and hopes Branson will have a chance to meet her sister Abigail at the bridge.   You are in our hearts and prayers.
