[Dailydrool] Drool (the slimy kind) question

This morning as I went to clean out the water bowls, I found a long, slimy string of drool there. It made me wonder: what does one call such a thing? 

A sling of drool?
A slime of drool?

I'm sure our inventive group can come up with the perfect name. What is it to you?
