[Dailydrool] ear mites?

Hi everyone, what is a good natural thing to get rid of ear mites?  My  
sisters dog has black gook stuff in one ear, she keeps cleaning it, but the next  
day it is there again, and doggie rubs her head on the ground to  
itch............
 
suggestions anyone?  thanks.
vet wanted to sell something for 25.00 but we can't afford  that.............
