[Dailydrool] Question: what do droolers do as routine ear care?

Both of my boys have developed ear infections. These are the first this year. I was wondering what routine ear care droolers generally use. Up to now I have been wiping out ears with "Wet Ones" antibacterial wipes on a daily basis and using Malacetic Otic for deeper cleaning maybe every two weeks and this has seemed to work fine. But then these infections popped up out of nowhere. Is there a better routine? Thanks.
