I would like to recommend Braunsweiger (or liverwurst).  Lilie will take
anything if it means that she gets a spoonful of this stuff.  I think it
looks awful, but I keep it in the fridge when they need pills.  All the dogs
line up and take their turn to get a spoonful - with pills just pushed onto
the sick pup's portion.  I don't even have to hide the pills.  This stuff
has some sort of magic appeal to them.  Even the Yorkie gets her share.
Take a look at the expiration date...it's some sort of non expiring food
matter...lasts for a year in the package.  Seriously, it has to be popular
with people but I was never exposed as a child.

Try it.  Let me know if it works.
