[Dailydrool] Rash under back legs

Hello all....

I am sure I have read the answer here before, and I tried the archives but
can't locate it.....Joey Ramone has a red rash (his fur actually looks red
when it should be white)  under his back legs and part of his belly. Until I
get him to a vet, is there anything I can do?

Drool to all who have lost houndies lately, and all that need it. The daily
has been a difficult thing to read lately.... :-(
