himselfs a fitNiSS expert/newtrishunist.  He sed iffen you habs shorts on he
will chase YOo and make you run around the house because he will twy to take
em off yOO heiny.  Also he will get your undies clean or not clean and habs
you chase him around the house or yard iffen you are slow YES he can get to
the yard, so he teachers you to be fast and get momentum. He also sed he
will eat all the food that he finks is bad for yOO and snatch it right outta
yer hands!  He saved mommy from eating 2 pieces of bread for dinner on her
philly cheese steak, he saves her  1/2 the calories and about 30min offa da
treadmill.
