[Dailydrool] "off" command

The "off" command is used just for that, having a dog get "off" something
like get off the couch; get off the sink; get off the visitor; get off the
maillady, etc...
It's the same as when people confuse "down" with "off." "Down" is used only
for lying down, nothing else. IOW, when you want your dog to lie down you
teach "down." 
"Off" is used for literally getting the dog *off* something.
"Leave it" should only be used when you want the dog to leave something
alone.

I learned that 10+ years ago from an APDT who snickered when during class I
told Miko to "down" when I should have told her "off."
