[Dailydrool] step in harness

Someone posted about step in harness. For me, its not worth it. Its so hard getting a bouncy, excited basset into it since they are so low to the ground. As soon as I put one of Speedy's foot in and go to the other, he already climbed out of it. I've tried to get him to sit before we I put it on, but who am I kidding. He only sits for food!
