Someone mentioned that Pearl might be expecting due to enlarged teats.  That is one option.
Another is that she is going through a false pregnancy.   A good number of intact females will go through a false pregnancy, complete with nesting behaviors and enlarged teats.  My Lucy's first season resulted in such enlarged teats she produced milk much to the delight of my 4 month old puppy.   Patsy also has heavy false pregnancies.
It is all quite normal for dogs and wolves, enabling them to take over nursing duties if something fatal happens to a nursing mother.
