[Dailydrool] Sammy and his water bowl

Yesterday I noticed that Sammy, when he's lying in the kitchen waiting for  
us to drop some food, always has his tail in his water dish...I wonder if 
they  can really feel that...that their tails are in cold water.  At the risk 
of  a bad pun... at least Sammy is in cold water when Homer was always in 
hot  water!
