[Dailydrool] Fences and Itches

I had a run in with the neighbor about the fence today. There was probably smoke coming out of my ears this morning. She had the gaul to ring the doorbell and ask why we hadn't taken our old fence boards out of her yard. It is a shared fence. The DH did all the buying, hauling, sawing, measuring, and nailing up of the new fence. Not one word of thanks and now she is mad because we haven't hauled off the old bits. Her husband said he would cut up the boards to make them easier to carry. I think she is mad because we have the nice side in our yard now. My girls can lean on it all they want and the boards won't fall off. There were a lot of things I wanted to say but the dogs were drowning me out. I kept my mouth shut.

Shelby is on the couch next to me right now snoring away. She rarely wants up and then we have to hoist her up since she can't do it on her own. She is such a wonderful old thing. Dinner is over so now she can have her late afternoon nap. We are all napping except Marley. She is much less itchey today. Something is working.

Last night we had a kitty temper tantrum. The brothers act like brothers in that they play a little and fight some too. They were really going at it last night and then Picasso got on the vanity where the DH leaves change and batted it all into the floor. There was quite a mess this morning. Did Ninja care? She was in there with them. She just slept through all the noise.

We are sending heart healing drool to the family of Ozma. The memories are your treasures. It sounds like you have many.

Snooters,

Ninja, Marley, Maggie, and Shelby with the kitties
