[Dailydrool] Cnn article bassets dumb?

Yes dumb as a fox - I have a book that states. 'Bassets are not
for the feint of heart or  people with  bad nerves and those requiring strict 
obedience'.
Also not good for fastidious housekeepers which allows me to
have one.
