First thing is first.  Get an E collar for that pooch.  Then if you have a hair clipper, gently clip the hair away.  Wipe the spot with warm water and Dial soap and a clean cloth.  Generally oral antibiotics are needed but you can see if it will resolve with preventing her from licking and cleaning it daily with warm water and anti-bacterial soap.  If it is getting worse - go to the vet :)
