[Dailydrool] Stray Basset Ellwood City, PA

While I was at the vet today Animal Control came in to pick up a dog.  On Monday someone had brought a stray basset in.  Animal Control was taking her over to the Lawrence County Humane Society.
She was on the small size, maybe 40 lbs.  A tri with a fair amount of ticking.  She was a pretty little thing and friendly, though a little thin.
I won't be home tomorrow or over the weekend and besides ole Maggie is getting pretty grumpy with her kidney problems.

I did send an email to Droopy Basset Rescue but thought I would let the list know.

I don't know how much the vet's office did to find the owner, obviously the dog isn't chipped.
