[Dailydrool] Today's DD Calendar Dogs

On today's Daily Drool calendar you'll find our two boys Bonk and Rollins . 

Bonky came into my life shortly after I lost da Moose almost four years ago now (wow, has it been that long!?!). He is completely a "mommy's boy" -- he has to know where I am at all times. 

Rollins came to us almost two years ago now, and was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor on his very first trip to our vet. Within a week, he had surgery to remove it, but then it proved malignant, and so off he went to an oncologist for six chemo treatments. Poor guy had a rough first six months with us. 

I'm happy to report that Rollins is now over a year cancer free (knock wood!) and the two boys are fast friends, even though they are quite opposite in many ways. Today's photo is an example - Rollins goes over on his back for belly rubs regularly. Bonk almost never does. 

When I walked in and saw them lying like this, I immediately thought "Basset Yin and Yang" and snapped the photo.
