[Dailydrool] Flaxseed oil and Cottage Cheese

Would someone post the mixture for the flaxseedoil and cottage cheese recipe
again as I missed it somehow. Cherry also has several lumps and i would like to 
see if this would also work on her. The vet has said they are just cysts.
