[Dailydrool] Electronic Fencing

Part of Utah Friends of Basset Hounds requirements for adopting is a fenced yard. We had a couple
applicants in the past year with electronic fencing. We are hesitant to put bassets in this situation. One of
our board members is adament, and also worries about aggresive dogs and other animals who can get INTO the yard, as well as a stubborn basset getting out. Just wondering what criteria other rescues have
for electronic fencing. I remember someone on the DD having one that seemed to work well-- We certainly don't need to turn away potential adoptors if it isn't necessary.
