[Dailydrool] Question about picture of extremely thin basset

I have a question, when you go to the first giving page for Annie and look at more 
pictures it shows a different dog, a extremely thin brown basset. Does anyone know how this basset is?  I can not get this little one out of my mind. I am hoping that she is fattened up and in a forever home. Well If anyone has any info on this little one I really need to know!
