First of all, I would eliminate a UTI from anyone who gets on the bed.
Also, spayed females can develop *spayed incontinence* as a result of
changes in hormonal levels that causes the bladder muscles to be weaker.  It
usually happens when they are sleeping.  My Abby (ATB) developed this and it
was easily remedied with medication.
