[Dailydrool] Any rescues selling St. Patrick's Day party collars?

Droopy Basset Rescue is pawticipating in the St. Patrick's Day Parade on March 14 in Pittsburgh, PA.  Does anyone have any suggestions about getting green costumes/coats or party collars for the dogs?  If anyone has any helpful hints or suggestions for me as far as being in a St. Patrick's Day parade is concerned, I would love to hear from you.  Please email me off list.
