        THIS IS NO JOKE!!  JULIANA WISEMAN, A.K.A. YULIANA, A.K.A.

        This woman has been contacting rescues, shelters, yahoo groups,
        and even potential adopters saying she is willing to donate
        obscene amounts of money for vet bills, medical bills, even baby
        (human) adoption bills.  She is promising pets to people and
        does not even have them.  She is requesting pets be pulled from
        pounds, setting pick up dates, and not showing up.....making
        innocent animals die. 

        I KNOW FOR A FACT SHE IS ON YAHOO GROUPS (POSTING IN
        EVERY STATE) MORE ABOUT "DONATING MONEY" OR "SAVING
        ANIMALS"....IT IS ALL FAKE!!


        She moved to pet forums because she's been banned from most
        child adoption forums.  A couple of groups where you can learn

        She moved to pet forums because she's been banned from most
        child adoption forums.

        She recently scammed a lady in Indiana .  Here is what she told
        me about "Yuliana" or "Juliana", whichever it is.

        "I've talked with her regularly via email. She seemed nice. She
        had said she might be able to get me a schnauzer & then i didn't
        hear from her a few days & then she said a shih tzu & no word
        for a few days. She said she wanted to help me with medical
        bills & the day she was supposed to deposit-it didn't happen &
        again no word.When i did hear from her she said she'd been in an
        accident. Never mentioned again about helping with medical bills
        & when i asked for a pic of her-no response for a few days.
        So,let's just say i'll believe it when i see it. I now have my
        little baby to comfort me after chemo."

        She tried scamming me last weekend.  I crossposted an email for
        a rescue doing a food drive.  She offered to donate $3,500 to
        our rescue, not the rescue that was having the food drive.  I
        gave her the link where to donate and she said she did.  Nothing
        came up so I told her that she may not have done it correctly. 
        We never gave her our address, and it's NOWHERE online, (since
        we are foster-based rescue) but she insisted she "Zaba" searched
        me and mailed it.  She then proceeded to beg me for dog after
        dog that I crossposted...and I didn't even have them.  I asked
        her to stop emailing me requests for dogs and she wanted her
        money back, I told her I didn't have any money from her, but if
        for some reason I do get it in the mail, I will send it
        immediately back to her. She threatened to get my licensed
        pulled and call the better business bureau.  I told her my
        lawyer would contact her in CA, where she said she lives.  She
        hasn't emailed me since.
         
        Another shelter, Gaston County AC in NC she emailed back and
        forth and got them to pull several kittens and puppies/dogs for
        her and the pound volunteers arrange air transport for her.  She
        told them she would go to the shelter (since she was in NC at
        that time) Friday morning (about a week ago) and never showed
        up.  When the Gaston volunteer emailed her confronting her, she
        said she was on her way....but she never showed up and never
        replied to the email.  She also offered the Gaston shelter a
        large amount of money to help save more dogs and cats.  I am not
        sure what happened to those babies that she had the volunteer
        pull, but I pray that they did not get euthanized because of
        lack of rescue.  If she never contacted them, they would have
        possibly found other rescue.

        PLEASE BEWARE OF HER!  REMOVE HER FROM YOUR CONTACTS, RESCUE
        YAHOO GROUPS, OR ANY WHERE ELSE YOU MAY HAVE HER ADDED AT.  THIS
        IS NO JOKE!  SHE IS CAUSING NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. 

        If I hear from her again, I will press charges for harassment.
