OMG, Max must have been from TN originally, because when he  heard this video, he was pissed and started barking angry barks so I had to shut it off.  Max was a stray before we rescued him, don't know his complete history, but he had aggression issues in the beginning.  I have everyone put to bed, so I will have to wait till tomorrow to watch this unless I can find my head phones.
I am so sorry for all the recent losses.  I have not been keeping up to the best of my ability, but Mom is exhausting me more and more.  8 hounds and a mom with dementia is a lot to deal with, but by the Grace of God, we will get by.  My sister helps as much as she is able, and she should be here late tomorrow.  Every day gets more strange and challenging, but Mom loves the hounds more than anything, and even in her mental duress, she covets and protects them, so I know she is still in a good place.  I believe they are actually helping her stay in the real world, even if for just a little while each day.  The hounds will always be safe, even if I have to hire help, which I may well be doing soon.  
Pierre is recovering from his January episode, but since he is still not on allergy meds, he is just so itchy.  I am doing the best I can to give him solace, and all the hounds are visiting the vet and techs on Wed.  Good thing the Vet is only 2 minutes away.  It becomes a big project getting all in for pedicures and anal expressions, but Pierre gets to see Doc. Another blood test.
