[Dailydrool] stroke or vestibular disease?

Strange that momperson should ask that...  A neurologist (for two-leggers) was reading the paperwork on her new foster basset.  She read aloud the vet notes.  After she was done, she looked at me and said if it was a person it would be a considered a stroke.
