[Dailydrool] Texas basset in need...

I think she was bailed out, one of the volunteers up there has contacts 
with a few basset rescues and is able to get them out most of the time.  
And the owner could have come in and claimed.  Too fast for the other 
possible outcome.  I'll see what I can find out though.
