[Dailydrool] Location of the basset I mentioned

Synthia suggested I post the location of the basset I mentioned.  He's in
the local animal shelter in Wichita, KS.  If anyone has the money/time to
take him, I'd be glad to pick him up and even house him temporarily until
arrangements can be made for a more permanent home for him.
