Yesterday was a "snow day" here in Virginia, and it ended up more like a "sleet day".  Anyway, I worked from home instead of taking my usual trip to the office.  So when Bill got ready to take Frank and Sarah for their usual afternoon walk, I was ready with the camera :)  Here's how it goes at our house:
