This is really such a sad story.  It doesn't really matter at the end of the day who is meant to be looking after this pup as they clearly have no interest, so lets just disregard the rights and wrongs here.   Is there any way we can help with some donations to help this little lad?  Londa, thank you for doing what you have so far - do you know if we can help in any way?  Is there any chance you can just keep him a day or so until a rescue is found?  If you want some help searching the net for lab rescue, I will help. Apply to become a member of your local Hospital !

Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust is applying to become a Foundation Trust and we want to recruit 4,000 members (who can be either patients or members of the public) from the local community to have a say in how the Trust is run and help shape the future of the hospital for the next 20 years. Members can:

* Help influence decisions about future plans for the development of the Trust.
* Support the work of the Trust and receive regular newsletters.
* Stand for election to the Council of Governors and work with the Trust Board to ensure that the Trust delivers services that reflect the needs of the local community.
