[Dailydrool] Heavy Breathing

 My 3 year old basset who has been otherwise healthy has all of a sudden started to almost hyperventilate. He will be laying down doing nothing and then start to breathe in a very heavy manner. I am somewhat worried that I should take him to the vet. This has only started on the really hot days.

If anyone has had this problem in the past your info would be appreciated.
