Right in Plumb's Veterinary Drug Handbook it states that side effects of enalapril can be "GI distress (anorexia (don't wanna eat nuf'n), vomiting, diarrhea); Potentially: weakness, hypotension (low blood pressure), renal dysfunction,..." So although they may be infrequent side effects, they are in fact documented side effects.
