[Dailydrool] annual exams/vax

I have lived all over this country and my dogs and fosters have seen more than 2 dozen different vets over the past 19 years and never once have any of them suggested we vaccinate every three years.  As a military family that moves every 2.5 years, we have to have access to kennels and boarding facilities en route and absolutely none will take a dog that is not current on vaccinations.
