[Dailydrool] Sweet potato slices

I remember reading a while back about someone making sweet potato slices 
in the oven.  If you know at what temp. and for how long to bake them 
for crispiness could you please contact me off line.  I am going grain 
free for Otter and I need a bunch of treat ideas!!!!  Also, if there are 
any other grain free treat ideas I would appreciate hearing about them.  
All we have are carrots right now.
