Okay first thing is first Kathy you need to get a web cam and hook it up to your computer when you leave to figure out how she is getting out.  Then post it so we can all see '_'  But seriously I have used my web cam before to figure out how the guys are doing things and what they are doing when I'm gone.  It should work well if you just center it on the crate after that they will walk in and out of the shot but normally it's hilarious what they do when you aren't there :)
