You might try bathing her belly with a soft cloth with warm water, and then 
 drying it off.  After that, rub it well with apple cider vinegar--must be  
the real stuff!--and let it air dry.  The vinegar will help her milk glands 
 dry up. and will not burn her at all.
 
Some people recommend using alum water, but I do not like this because it  
tastes terrible and can sometimes cause the nipples to become more  
uncomfortable.  
 
Watch her closely to see that she does not develop mastitis--if any of here 
 breasts become red, hot, and hard she needs to see a vet.
