[Dailydrool] O-paw is wiff his Auntie Wez

Hi Drool family.
Dont faint, much to Cookie in Montana's surprise I am still around...
This is just a  note to let the Droolers know who remember my sister Louise, 
aka as Auntie Wez, that went to the bridge 4 years ago, was joined by her 
husband Robert, aka O-paw at the bridge.  I heard there was a wonderful 
welcome party waiting and he was welcomed with open arms and paws!! Louise 
and Robert were married for over 32 yrs. when she died after a long illnes.. 
Robert followed her there..
     He was never the same after she left but told me of all of the love 
and cards and letters he received after her death, from as he said "total 
strangers!".. You Family and I know there are no strangers if you are owned 
by a basset!!! They never had a basset at their home but was addopted by my 
girl Trey-c... that was enough...
  O-paw and Auntie Wez are together again, ATB, Wez told me before she died 
that she would stay at the bridge until Robert joined her.. and a while 
later after making that statement she also said, "Well youknow, I think we 
both will just stay on this side and help out with all the homeless puppies 
and older houndies, you know how i love to cook!! Heaven can wait a spell."
   Folks? She IS THERE ATB, her Knight by her side again, and I know the 
hounds are all loved and watched over...Plus she WILL stay over on this side 
of the Bridge, helping and loving, because that is who she is..
 Alan Jackson wrote a song , it is called Sissys Song...you can pull it up 
on youtube at Alan Jackson, Sissys song...dont forget your puffs,,,
 If you want to know who my sister was, and still IS, that song says it 
better then i ever could..she always told me "dont worry about me"
  We never found Trey-c, we still search, as does the UPS guys and the mail 
carrier.. she just vanished.. My heart tells me that she was simply an Angel 
sent to me for a moment, then moved on to help others when she finished her 
job with me.. Its how i get by..my heart goes on covered in ducttape and 
bandaids, the break is still there and still fresh.. healing is comming so 
slow..
  Zero will be 2 in July...She is in her own right the Queen of our lives 
now, she moved in with us and made her own place.. She lives with my best 
friends Fran and Charlie and thier basset girl Freckles.. Freckfreck as we 
lovingly call her is Zeros' full sister from the same litter.. they are 
joined at the hip as we say, always together and always happy girls..Zero 
developed carsickness and either had to come off truck or stay on meds.. we 
didnt want that for her. the meds doped her up so bad,, but this way works 
for all of us now..
 Fran and Charlie load the bassets up once a month for the weekend and drive 
3 hours to visit us, and the girls know where they are going as well..
 Zero is still our girl, Fran says Zero loves them in her own way but she 
knows that Zs heart belongs to Wesley and Me.. What a friend...
  I know this is long, but i thought you all might like an update...
  Drool to all in need, Prayers to the Slaves.. Shucks, Prayer to everyone,
Fran calls she and I  "2 MOMMAs"   because we share the girls..
